Jet Ski Sleds

Yes, the sleds fit any model and make of jet ski, with some slight alterations to the connection kit provided.

We recommend the sled be slightly deflated to relieve constant pressure on the seams, when not in use. The sled should be pumped up to 16 PSI before use.

Each sled comes with a connection kit, pump and carry case. 

Allow 3-5 minutes to inflate the jet ski sled. Correct pressure is 16 PSI. The gage on the pump will help intensity pressure points. 

Yes, we recommend reflating it down to 13 PSI to allow for explanation in extremely hot conditions / climate.

Warranty and Returns

We offer 12 months warranty on all seams and parts, if used within the correct usage guidelines. The warranty may be voided if it is found the products have not been used for its intended purpose or usage instruction have not been followed, including using other connection kits for set up. Pro Guarding reserves the right to not grant warranty claims that it believes to be false, misleading, or malicious.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. The returned item must be in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return. The customer must cover the cost of the return postage for the item (unless deemed faulty by our team). Please contact admin@proguarding.com.au if you require a return or exchange.

Full priced items are eligible for refund or online store credit.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact admin@proguarding.com.au if you require a return or exchange.

We are so sorry if you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect. If this happens, please follow the below so that we can sort the issue out as quickly as possible for you.

  • Email us at admin@proguarding.com with your order number, a brief description of the fault/incorrect item along with a photo of item. 
  • Once we receive your email we’ll let you know the instructions for sending back the item.  
  • On receipt of the item, we’ll inspect it and provide you with an update. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The time that it takes for the credit to process will depend on your cards issuer's policies.

Standard shipping normally takes 5-10 days depending on your area. Same day shipping is available on all orders placed before 12pm. Orders to WA, SA & NT may take longer.

Our factory is located in Currumbin on the Gold Coast. Please select the ‘local pick up’ option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect your items. 

Gift Cards

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

If you used a gift card to pay for the purchase, then you can apply the refund to the gift card.
